Simple user experience to request provision or de-provision AD and Exchange access together.

We have a requirement where we want to give managers an option to request (provision or de-provision) Active Directory and/or Exchange application access for contingent workforce reporting to them.

In some scenarios, Managers will be de-provisioning these accesses since CW will be a plant employee only and in some cases, Manager will provision these accesses if CW will be a corporate worker. As Exchange is a dependent platform, which cannot be provisioned without AD or cannot stay provisioned if AD is being removed, what is the simplest user experience for managers to request provision or de-provisioning access for AD and Exchange.

Use Case 1: For provisioning, if manager selects Exchange, AD should be added to the request.

Use Case 2: For de-provisioning, if manager select AD, Exchange should be removed too.

Right now, we don't want to go the route of Enterprise Role request. This may come in future but not right now.

Is there a way to use mapped end point concept here? We don’t want to use enterprise role right now?

It won't delete mapped endpoint directly
