Hi Team,
We are unable to configure the Saviynt App for ServiceNow to display options to remove access. Please see the screenshot below for your reference.
We can add access, albeit this fails intermittently, but unable to configure the Saviynt App for ServiceNow to display the option to remove access as displayed in the screenshot above.
Anyone experienced the above issue with the Saviynt App and have a solution?

Thanks for reaching out.
Can you please confirm if you are still facing this issue? If so, I would suggest reinstalling the app with admin privileges if there is no customization present.

The ServiceNow team just upgraded to Vancouver, we have reinstalled the Saviynt App in the DEV environment. All access request options are available to us.
