SAML SSO login gets redirected to Operation Not Allowed page

I am using Saviynt 23.11

I have configured SSO using the new SSO setup screen

When I access https://aaa-test.saviyntcloud.com/ECM --> it authenticates user with the IDP and then redirects to https://aaa-test.saviyntcloud.com/ECM/login/unauthorized page --> when I click on Home Page button, it redirects to the Saviynt Home screen. Please refer attached screenshot.

It should directly go to the Saviynt Home page. User tested has ROLE_ADMIN SAV Role.

How can we stop the Operation Not Allowed page in between ??

And hope you have deleted or cleaned your old IDP setup(Azure or something else). and only have below files in Saviynt

• how sso is setup manually or saviynt in built feature
• share authentication.groovy ( masking confidential information)

We're seeing the same behaviour on our end but we're on v23.12

It seems like navigating to https://aaa-test.saviyntcloud.com when already authenticated redirects to https://aaa-test.saviyntcloud.com/ECM which then redirects to https://aaa-test.saviyntcloud.com/ECM/login/unauthorized. 

We've seen that going directly to https://aaa-test.saviyntcloud.com/ECMv6 works fine and does not produce the Operation not Allowed error. Perhaps https://aaa-test.saviyntcloud.com should redirect to https://aaa-test.saviyntcloud.com/ECMv6 instead?
