New Endpoint is created after running recon every time

Hi Team,

We have updated the endpoint filter for creating a new endpoint. Whenever the access recon runs, the same endpoint gets created resulting duplicate endpoints. The entitlement which is mapped under the old endpoint becomes inactive and the same entitlement becomes active for the newly created endpoint. Please let us know the cause for the issue.

@yeddulanaveen  we have tested this for v23.11 both for AD and AAD Connector and dont see such issue.

We are running the import job multiple times but dont see any such behaviour.

Anyhow, we have also tested by adding more entitlements to endpoint filter and it works pretty well.

Can you share the config for ENDPOINT_FILTER?
