@rushikeshvartak I have seen this documentation link in other responses as well. In the documentation link provided above, the correlation between managing the Shared Mailbox and managing a service account cannot be established.  The question is can Saviynt manage Shared Mailboxes for on-premise Exchange as well like it does for AD groups?
