Hi Team,

We have a requirement from client to stop generating disable account task for a specific application. Please let us know how this can be achieved?

As per our current leaver update rule, we have selected to disable all applications accounts and we don't want to select manually each application.

Hi @rohanpandit ,

I don't think there is an endpoint specific option to stop task getting generated and there is no configuration for application name not being used inside rules (user update rules).

Manually adding and removing the application is the only option currently in actions.

There is some similar enhancement - User Update Rule - option for query on Action | Saviynt Ideas Portal

Similarly, we would need to have a query option in action while selection application (For this case, it would be like 'where e.endpointname not in ('XYZ')'

Please raise enhancement ticket for same on ideas portal - https://ideas.saviynt.com/ideas/

Kindly notify us once the idea ticket has been created.

One alternative which I can think of is , can you let the system create the task but run don't process it.

Maybe stop it at the provisioning level or run custom query job and discontinue all those tasks.
