Hi Team,
We are seeing an below issue in 23.12 version.
Let's say Entitlement A which is belongs to App A is part of Enterprise Role A(Which is dedicated for to give the access of Entitlement A) and Role B ( It consists of many entitlements for different applications along with Entitlement A) and Entitlement A is part of many other Enterprise Roles as well.
Now If the Role B is getting removed via bulk upload or via Campaign automatically, Role B is removed from the user profile and also all the entitlements is removed from accounts along with Entitlement A . But Entitlement A should be still present in the Account level as Role A still present in the user level. As this Entitlement A will be given to the all accounts as generic.
is there anyway to keep the Entitlement A in the account level though it is removing through another Roles.

It should be retained.
check above query for your entA and see what is populated in assignedfromroles field?

Common entitlements should be retain. if those are getting removed as part of certification please raise support ticket,
Please check assignedfromroles for Entitlement before campaign revoke in account_entitlements1 table or you can check under View Existing access

Hi @rushikeshvartak @dgandhi ,
Thanks for the response.
I have checked your input and in this case ,I Can see for Entitlement A is assigned from these many roles for one account as per the assignedfromroles coloumn .
Out of these, first role is dedicated to give the entitlement A access . So out of these if any role is removed from the user profile , Access will be removed from Account level ?

If entitlement is revoked from campaign its expected behavior but if its raised from ARs it will be retained
