Email template Resolution issue in outlook and mobile

Hi Team,

The email template border allignment is not proper when we try to trigger email in outlook or mobile. The yellow highlighted part in the sample email screenshot is the allignment issue. Please find the html code we are using and the sample email in the attachment.

Kindly provide suggestions to fix this issue.
