Does Neo experience support Application collections?

Hi

We have 24.1 version with Neo experience (gen2) Request UI in use.

I have not been able to find out can we create and request Appliction collection in this UI. Is it supported?

I have set this ON to my sav_role: 

I don't see "Save As Application Collection" anywhere.

@RikuN I was even checking the training on new features for 24.1 and it does not talk about the application collection framework.

Also for the features which are not available in neo is there any plan that it would be added in higher versions or would be deprecated permanently?
