Hi All,
We have run into a weird situation where the delegated users are not able to see the pending approvals(meant for the delegating user) in their queue.
-> The delegation is setup and is active.
-> Both the delegating and delegated user is active
-> The delegated user has two custom SAV roles -> ROLE_ENDUSER, ROLE_MANAGER.
This situation is not replicable in the Test environment.
Please advice.

If you submit new request does delegated person can see same ?

@rushikeshvartakThe delegated User is not able to see any requests that are supposed to appear in his/her 'Pending Approvals' queue due to delegation. The user receives the mail though. The delegated User is present in the CC of the email that is triggered to the original approver(delegating user). But the delegated user is not able to see those requests in her pending approvals section.
And this is happening not just for one user. All the delegated users are facing this issue.
But this is not happening in Saviynt Test. And the same SAV roles are assigned to the delegated User in Test and Prod. The feature access, web service access, options configured is also the exact same. In Saviynt Test it works as expected but in Saviynt Prod the requests are not visible in 'Pending Approvals' for the delegated User.
