Custom SAV ROLE not showing pending & completed tasks

Hi Team,

We have created a custom SAV Role, which can perform most of the operations with Read Write access.
But the user who is assigned with this SAV role, cannot view the Pending or Completed tasks even though we have added the requeired fetaures i.e.,Pending Tasks and Completed Tasks.

We need the user who is assigned with this SAV role to view the Pending/Completed Tasks.

Can you please suggest what we can do here for the SAV role to view the tasks.

Note: We need to modify the above existing SAV role and not to create an additional SAV role for viewing Tasks.

  • sav role task view is controlled by owner field on endpoint level.
  • for custom sav role if person is not owner of tasks then task will not be visible
  • if you need tasks and not want to map owner for every individual application create role_taskadmin sav role to provide view access of tasks section without setting ownership on endpoint level

Hi,

Is there any way, we can do the changes only to the existing SAV role instead of creating a new one as suggested.

And, can we add SAV role as the owner of tasks(and not an individual person, but as a group).
If yes, What would be the impact if we assign the SAV role as task owner, can ADMIN users be able to see the tasks?
