Where can I find the documentation of the connectors that tells me what permissions are needed for the account for the connection?

Data Reconciliation

Permission Requirements for Reconciliation

Reconciliation is performed via the EIC service account. This account must have the SELECT permission on the following tables in the PeopleSoft database (or alternatively a staging database) to import all user accounts and the associated fine-grained level accesses.
