Symptoms
Revoke tasks for Base accounts are not getting created for Application Owner Campaign. This causes an audit issue since the access has not been revoked even after the revoke action has been taken in the Campaigns.
Diagnosis
This issue happens when the entitlement linked to the account does not have a status mapped. It is essential for all the entitlements present in the system to have status marked as ACTIVE or INACTIVE.
Solution
Post setting the status of the entitlement to ACTIVE, revoke tasks for base accounts were created.
