Question

We're developing a SalesForce connector for the client and we want to know if there is a way to implement the functionality of delete account from Saviynt to the target application via SalesForce connector.
Actually it looks there isn't a way to set this configuration and when we try to generate a delete account task and run the (de)provisioning job the task is get completed but nothing happens on the Salesforce target application.

Answer

Salesforce does not support the remove account operation. The remove account operation from EIC disables the user in Salesforce.

The Salesforce connector in v23.x is not having any option to mention disable/remove account json and remove access json. Is that handled internally by default or do we need to setup a REST connection separately for that? @RakeshMG
