In Campaigns, when Certifier trying to consult the request then User list is not available
Firstly, we tired to replicate the same request from our end with Role_Admin savrole and able to view the user list from our end. Later we checked the certifier user Savrole and it is not Role_Admin. Then we checked the Savrole details and Access. When we face these kind of issues we need to check.
a) We need to check whether Sav roles have access to "/ECM/users/list"
b) We need to check if any of the assigned Sav Roles have "Request For All" selected under "Whom to Request". The list of users for the consult pop-up is displayed based on this configuration + the consult query
In Savrole Details, "Whom to Request" option is set to "Request to Self" due that they are unable to consult.
We changed "whom to Request" option to "Request for all" and this issue is fixed.
