Symptoms

Campaign not moving from Launching state to Preview / In progress state.

Diagnosis

This issue can happen when there are multiple campaigns in progress or the campaign has large data for review.

Solution

Update the ES timeout configuration to minimum value of 300,000. If the value is already set as 300,000 then the value can be increased in increments of 300,00 to max value of 2400,000.

To update the settings go to  Admin -> Global Configuration -> Search for 'Time out'. Please update all 3 timeout configurations shown below:
