Session duration change in Saviynt when SSO is managed by Azure

Hi All,

Our SSO is managed through Azure. We were facing session issues for users. Currently Saviynt's session duration is less than Azure session duration.

If we increase session duration in Saviynt's session duration, will it have any impact on the session issues? or will there be no change/impact on session issue?

Hi @Sanjeeta_Rao,

Increasing the session duration in Saviynt to match that of Azure’s could potentially help with the session issues you’re experiencing, especially if users are being logged out of Saviynt while they still have an active session in Azure.

Before making any changes, I would recommend:

  • Testing in a controlled environment to understand the impact better.
