Hi Team,

We have requirement to exclude Application owner from campaigns, we need to exclude the application owner's account in the campaign, so that app owner don't see their self account in the campaign.

We were doing hardcoding the accountname in Account Query like name not in ('<accountname>').

How can we make it dynamic? so that there is no need to hardcode the value.

Regards,

Atrayee

Hi @AtrayeeDutta,

Currently when an application owner has an account in the campaign, they can see their account but will be unable to certify there own access.

They will have an option to consult there own access or the campaign owner can certify for them.

You can turn on the consult option using the below in the campaign configuration where in the certifier/AO owner can consult their own access.

But there is no way to exclude the data entirely from the campaign apart from the query option that you are already using.

Thanks.

Hi @AtrayeeDutta

Why would you want to exclude the owner account from the certification? Wont there be a compliance issue? Its better to keep the account in the campaign and they certify their own account (and do not consult to anyone). This can be done by unchecking Show Consult for own access configuration in the campaign.

Thanks,
