Emergency Access Request IDs

Hello,

We are currently trying to implement Emergency Access Request IDs for SAP applications and we have the following questions related to this topic:

1. We have followed all the configuration that we found in Saviynt documentation but we still are not able to see the three dots under the SAP tile when we navigate to Emergency Request ID. Even Admin is not able to see these options and continue with the request

2. Based on the documentation, we have understood that a user should firstly request an access ID, which is basically a firefighter account which is assigned to the user so that he can log in to the target SAP application for a specific period of time. How we can configure this firefighter account? Is it defied in account type?

3. Once the access ID request is approved, the user is able to see and request an available session. For the session request again we can configure an approval workflow, is that correct?

4. Once the session is expired, the user is logged out from the application, but he still has the access ID and can request another session until the end date of the access ID reaches, is that also correct?

Thank you in advance

Hi @mavosoglou

1. For the three dots missing issue, please go the connection type-> SAP and update the JSON in Emergency Access ID Configuration

Sample JSON is here -> https://docs.saviyntcloud.com/bundle/SSM-Admin-v55x/page/Content/Chapter04-Onboarding-and-Managing-A...

2. Firefighter account should come as a part of application onboarding/imports.
3. Workflow for emergency access is configured at security system. same will be applicable for all the emergency access request.

4. Sessions can be extended by Manage Sessions option.
Refer https://docs.saviyntcloud.com/bundle/AAG-Guide/page/Content/Emergency-access-through-a-firefighter-I...
