Hello,Please suggest if there is way to convert UTC timestamp into EST in the Emails sent out of Saviynt.Eg: Sample snip of mail displays UTC time. This should be displayed in EST.Thanks!

Hello Srinivas,Set global configuration for risk level as very high and criticality level as medium. Request for entitlement having high risk and medium criticality is not auto approving. Thanks.

It is making no difference with set option Comments required at Request Level without SOD. PS: We want to make justification non-mandatory for all requests(with or without SOD)Thanks,Sucheta
