Hello @Dhruv_S We have tried and it is still not working. We tried last week, inserted the new token and then tried import job after 2 days. Code tried to fetch the token for 5 times and then it failed.

Hi @Darshanjain The above syntax is working fine if there is any comments , If there is no comments in the request it is giving description as shown below. could you please suggest me the syntax to give null value if there is no comments

Hi @Darshanjain This is working fine but if there no comments added in the request then it is giving discription as create ticket json itself.Please help to add If there is comments it should give null value.
