Hello Team,
We have requirement to extend the end date of entitlements/roles for user account. We have enabled the config at endpoint level and entitlement type level. The Update Access End date option is visible where role/entitlement type is displayed in tabular form.
But option is not visible for the roles/entitlements displayed in drop down format.
Can someone help if this is the bug or some additional configuration needs to be enabled?

Option of Update Access End date is not visible for dropdown like it is present for tabular form as per above screenshot

It should be visible
EIC now allows end users to define their access timeframe (Start Date and End Date) and update the access End Date for an entitlement type with Request-Option set as Drop-Down (Single). For more information, see Requesting for Accounts (Neo Experience) in the Enterprise Identity Cloud User Guide.

I can see that the above-mentioned solution works for Entitlement type, but we have dropdown for Roles. So, does it work for only Entitlements and not Roles?
