does Saviynt keep historical changes, for example if user was terminated and rehired by the company.

Yes you can fine under users - User history.

if any rules are executed then you can find under policies - Execution Trail

where is the user history table located? I couldn't find it data analyzer or analytics

Its not exposed in data analyzer use analytics

when I try to create analytics I am getting this error
