Error When Connecting Action Event to End in Workflow

We need to call a custom JAR in the workflow to update certain user properties after granting access. I added an "Action Event" after the Grant Access block and connected that Action Event to the end of the workflow. However, when approving the workflow, I encounter the following error:

"Exception in deployWorkflow: org.jbpm.api.JbpmException: error: attribute <transition to="End" doesn't reference an existing activity name."

It seems that we cannot connect the Action Event to the End of the workflow. Can someone assist me with this issue?

You can't add after grant block

I need to update the user property upon successful assignment. If I’m unable to call the action block after the Grant Access block, could you please advise on the best way to achieve this?
