Delete Organization

I am trying to delete an organization created for testing, but I see option to mark inactive. Just checking if there is a way to delete org from customer table so that it is not appearing in UI.

Hi @dvijay ,

No, this is not possible. There is no functionality to delete the organization from customer table.

We had a similar use case and we took this option:

1. Use Saviynt API {{url}}/ECM/{{path}}/updateOrganization to update the organization name to 

<Organizationname>_Deleted_timestamp

2. Use Saviynt API {{url}}/ECM/{{path}}/deleteOrganization or from UI to delete/disable the organization

This way you can use the same organizationname to be created once again.

I think so we can't delete Org, just we make it as inactive.

I am unsure, but you can ask the Saviynt Vendor/Team to delete it. Please raise a ticket.
