AD - Error while creating account in AD - Cannot get property 'accountID' on null object

Hi, sometimes there are users which cannot be provisioned from Saviynt in Active Directory and we get an provisioning comment: Error while creating account in AD - Cannot get property 'accountID' on null object.  

Does anyone have an idea or already had a similar issue?

Hi @JasBel ,

Based on my experience, I have seen a similar issue when the user's manager does not have a valid AD Account. Can you confirm on whether the user's manager has a valid AD Account or not?

Since this is happening for some users and not all, it is more likely a data issue.
