Issue

Facing an issue with SAP provisioning where the task stays in Open state and the below error is printed in logs

Solution

The issue occurred due to the naming convention used for the security system. The security system had a / in the name (QP/P200) and this was causing the issue.
As a best practice, we need to ensure there is no / in the name for Security System/Endpoint and Connection. You can use _ instead of / in the name value.
