Some applications eg- Oracle are case sensitive and require the account names to be created consistently in a pre-defined format/case.

Solution

This can be done by setting the required case in the account name generation rule.

Admin -> Identity Repository -> Security Systems -> Endpoints -> Select the required endpoint -> Account Name Rule -> Advanced Config -> Modify the SQL query to set the account name rule as per requirement as shown in the example below.

Here we are ensuring the account name generated is in Uppercase
