During a user manager campaign, it was observed that there was no data present in the employee verification stage, which is the second step in the campaign configuration.
Basically, the certifier could not see any accounts in step -2.

Disabling "remove account ON" in the endpoint configuration, resolved the issue causing the account to be hidden from the campaign. Upon deactivation, the account became visible in the campaign preview mode.
