Onprem server is not getting PAM enabled after onboarding to CPAM

We have onboarded two onprem windows server to  non prod environment, after running bootstrap job Server connection,Security System, endpoint all got created even connection is also successfull however PAM is not getting enabled after running the DefaultEndpointSyncTrigger. Below is the error we are seeing in PAM attributes.

Error Message: org.springframework.transaction.UnexpectedRollbackException: Transaction silently rolled back because it has been marked as rollback-only

Please help to fix the issue.

Seems your account import is failing, you need to look up the connectms log and ECM log.
