Need some help in SC2.0 connectivity related query

Hi All,

I have some query regarding Saviynt SC2.0 Client Connectivity can anyone please help me with below query-

1.Regarding the deployment, can anyone confirm that the Saviynt Cloud instance is in high availability mode so that must also deploy two instance of Saviynt connectors .

2.As mentioned in the Saviynt SC2.0 document VHD Saviynt will release patches. But how does that work ? Is it a new VHD image that we must deploy (and reconfigure) or does the server based on the VHD automatically updates itself ?

3. Does the Saviynt SC2.0  need to be backep up ?

1. Regarding the deployment, can anyone confirm that the Saviynt Cloud instance is in high availability mode so that must also deploy two instance of Saviynt connectors .

For a production environment, the Saviynt Cloud instance defaults to high availability zone settings. However, in a non-production environment, the activation of high availability zone functionality necessitates an approval process.

2. As mentioned in the Saviynt SC2.0 document VHD Saviynt will release patches. But how does that work ? Is it a new VHD image that we must deploy (and reconfigure) or does the server based on the VHD automatically updates itself ?

Upon the release of a patch for the VHD, the Saviynt team will initiate communication with partner and customer teams, collaborating with them to facilitate the implementation of the patch.

3. Does the Saviynt SC2.0  need to be backed up ?

The backup of the Saviynt SC2.0 system is internally managed by the Saviynt team. However, customers retain the option to maintain backups on their own infrastructure as well.
