Hi Team,

We have an use cases where we need to send credential less session recording logs to Splunk.

Let us know if this is possible in Saviynt or not. In which format we are storing these session recording logs.

Feel free to share available document link with us.

Thanks,

Hi @DixshantValecha ,

In addition to this, could you please answer below questions:

1. In which format we are storing this CPAM credential-less session recording logs in Saviynt DB (Is it in BLOB)?

2. Is it possible to download credential-less session recording logs from Saviynt database using Data Analyzer or Analytical report

3. For how long these credential-less session recording logs are available in Saviynt , Is there any retention time period

4. Is there any storage limit for credential-less session recording logs

Let us know if you need more information on this.

Thanks,

Umesh

@UVP @Dheeraj_Reddy Thanks for providing clarifications on the ask in a meeting. Here are the responses

  1. Session recordings are stored in the cloud storage (s3 buckets)
  2. It is not possible to download the recordings from Saviynt. They can only be accessed through UI
  3. Recordings can be accessed for 1 year after which a request has to be submitted to Saviynt for accessing a recording. Then Saviynt team will help fetch the recordings
  4. I dont think there is any limit here but I will check again and get back on this

Thanks,

Nagesh K
