How to Add users to endpoint

Hi Team, 

There is a new feature "users having access to endpoints" in endpoint.  Share inputs on how to add users to endpoint?. This feature will add value to customers so they can add users manually through Endpoint UI , only these users will have access to endpoint.

The Username which is mapped in the Account will be listed under "users having access to endpoints" in endpoint.

How does this feature work for Disconnected applications, I understand for Connected apps like AzureAD the accounts that are imported are visible however how does this feature support for anything that goes under generic Credentials Vault?
