Hi @Nishanth ,

If you could help with few questions to understand where the problem lies :

1. Was this working earlier ?

2. Does your account config (can be found in the account properties) set as Credential "ON" ?

3. When you access the page what logs are shown in (Admin -> Admin Functions -> Log Viewer)

Thanks

Hey @arpit_b , I am also facing the same error, version 23.2, this was working fine in our previous connection and suddenly stopped when we onboarded the accounts via a new connection.

There are no error logs as such.

Hey @Nishanth  Were you'll able to identify the issue?

Still, not able to identify the issue, as there is no error log - raised the support ticket and waiting for the response..

@Nishanth @gazanjum One of the reasons for this is if your Active Directory containing the domain accounts is not bootstrapped and only your windows endpoint is bootstrapped. Credential checkout functionality is dependent on some properties that are populated when the AD Endpoint is bootstrapped. Please bootstrap your AD endpoint and then retry the domain account credential checkout

Thanks,

Hey Nagesh,

Thank you for the suggestion, however I have tried to work on this yesterday and the issue was resolved.

@Nishanth You can follow Nagesh's suggestion and also make sure to update the platform_type.
