Error while onboarding an account via Home--->Manage Service accounts

Hi All,

I have been trying to onboard an account to a newly created endpoint via Home-->Manage Service Accounts', however everytime I click on the submit button the page redirects and gives an error: "Oops an Error Occurred". We have done a similar configuration in the past and followed the same steps but this time the account is not getting onboarded.

The CreatAccountJSON contains: {}

Additionally, I have all the required roles and this error has never occurred in the past.

@gazanjum can you check if you have a valid workflow in  'Add Service Account Workflow' at the Security System level.

Hey @shreem , this has been resolved, seems like the workflow was not loading properly.
