Emergency Access - Need Info

Hi,

We have 2 accounts under same endpoints when we are requesting for emergency access role which is mapped under Active directory entitlement. while requesting role, two add task is getting created and entitlement is adding in both accounts. Here our use case is that entitlement needs to add to only one account which start with ADM. Please help how we can achieve it.

Try using Primary Account configuration so that it will try to add to the account which matches primary account type
