1. can we manage SAP applications and service accounts using Saviynt CPAM ?

2. what will be the emergency access process when the CPAM application is down (assuming all its failover instances are down too)

Hi @Sankhadeep  Thanks for the questions. 

1. We manage SAP accounts using SAP connector.

2. The Break glass process is the method by which we can get credentials directly from the vault in case of emergency scenarios when the Saviynt Application is down. The complete flow of steps and the process of the setup are mentioned in the following article on Documentation portal : Break Glass Process (saviyntcloud.com)

We do have high availability (HA) for the vaults. So, the chances of all vaults going down are rare.
