Hi Team

We have a local Service Account with a certain SAV Role in Saviynt that we are using for Authentication is Postman. We would want to store that account/user in the Credentials Vault and rotate it's password.

Can Saviynt change the password of its on account via its own Change Password Api?

We are inserting the required values in 'URL' and 'path' in the Change Password JSON

@aryan9975 Thanks for posting your question. Can you please elaborate more on the use case as to why you need this credential to be vaulted and once it is vaulted how will it be used? Will the credentials be checked out by other users? Or is it for another application integration?

Coming to the question, yes, this should work. There will be some configuration steps to be  performed for manually PAM enabling the sav4sav endpoint, assigning the vault connection and PAM_CONFIG to sav4sav connection and enabling service account management for the endpoint.

Thanks
