[Active Directory - Onprem] Unable to launch new session

Hi Team,

please can you guide how to launch a new privileged session using a domain account to connect to On-prem Active Directory ?

Steps followed:

1. domain accounts are PAM bootstrapped

2. from the EIC ->Privilege Access->New Privilege access ->Selected Active Directory

3. can view the Instance ID and click on "Select ID"

4. selected a credential /(-less) account to check-out.

5. check out failed (error for both RDP and Web App launcher ) , screenshot below

Further to the discussion, please find the two FD tickets raised to enable RemoteApp for our environment #1605483 and #1605455. Please can you check with the cloud opps team and request to enable the RemoteApp, I have done a couple of follow up in the ticket.

@Sankhadeep Thanks for sharing the tickets. I have confirmed that the remote app setup is already configured and the setup looks good. Please try the scenario again and share rdpgateway logs

I have emailed you the logs for WebApp. 

Note: RDP option for the same account is working.
