Actionable Email template for PAM requests

We are trying to setup the one level manager approval workflow and configuring the Actionable email template for the Same, just want to know how to bring the PAM type, Business justification, commands, and Start and end time/date in the email? in Data Analyzer under which table we can get those information's. 

Can some one pls help with this?

${entitlementshtmltablerowsv3} is the variable that gives the list of all entitlements in the request along with the business justification. Please try this and let us know if it works.

Used this ${entitlementshtmltablerowsv3} by replacing ${entitlementshtmltablerows} but after this Emailhistory job is getting failed.

We recently updated to version 23.5 and tried using entitlementshtmltablerowsv3 in email templates, but it hasn't yet worked. PFA
