In the Zoom Connector guide, there is sentences written as "After provisioning the user account, you must manually verify the account to change the status from Inactive to Active in EIC. All other pending tasks for that user are completed after the verification."

Also for the license assignment, is it need to wait till the account to change to active status to assign the license?
