Workflow Configuration Save and Send for Approval

Hello,

When we configure workflow in Saviynt and change any configuration. It first needs to be saved and then send for approval for the workflow to load. After workflow is sent for approval, from workflow approval admins can approve it.

We have a requirement where send for approval should be auto approved . Is it feasible and how?
