Workday Update User Task is not getting retried.

Hi Experts,

In order to writeback email to Workday, we have configured Workday SOAP connection to trigger Update User task. It's been observed that if the task fails to update the Email then task status is Failed and further the task retry is not happening. The task stays in failed state.

Has anyone come across with this issue ?

Hi, Was there any specific error in the provisioning comments of the failed task on why it is failed.

After how many retries it does not process tasks ? check in arstasks tasks table or from pending tasks - view button

The task was processed only once and then its status is set as Failed 

Here is the provisioning comment:
