Workday SOAP

Hi all,

We are in progress for integrating with Workday as a source. The customer user base less than 3k and they insist us to use the SOAP connection for importing user over the RAAS approach we suggested and followed in almost all projects. We have highlighted all the differences and the advantages of using RAAS over SOAP but customer would like us to use SOAP only.

Can anyone point us on which specific connector type/template we need to use as there are quiet a few templates in Saviynt and in documentation. The idea is to run full import once a day and incremental import  3 times a day without setting up any RAAS reports in workday side. can anyone guide us which connector type we need to pick and what all fields need to populate there? Also can we use the same connection for write back as well or we need to create another connection? We used to create two connections - one REST for import and one SOAP for write back. However wanted to know which "Workday" connector templates are recommended?

Also does all these connector types support AUTH ?

version: v23.1

appreciate your response

regards

Shibin
