workday incremental import

Hello, 

As per the workday documentation, the incremental import for Workday_RaaS will only bring in new users. It will not contain changes to existing users.  Is this also true for incremental imports with Workday_SOAP?  Is the solution, to only run Full imports daily, if we want to bring in new users + changes to exising users?
