Why User Update Rule won't Trigger?

We have an issue of update rules are not being triggered as expected. For instance, when a user’s status key is updated to 0, termination rule should have activated. However, the rule did not get triggered (see attachment below). Upon reviewing the execution trail, I noticed that the task is marked as ‘not processed’ under the current rule trail.

Why would the rule fail to trigger even when the conditions are met?

Does it work if you process again?

I did not try to process for this user as I had already manually triggered, but I tried to process for another "not processed" rule and it got completed.

  • You can try to reprocess.

@rushikeshvartak What would the reason be for the rule to not get automatically processed?

  • This can be issue of memory utilization is more or issue with pods performance due to large number of users came on that day

@NPY : Can you check if you job is success and Job enddate is populated. We similar issue when user import job is timeout but Job status is success and Job End date time is not populated. During such scenarios rule are pending in "Not Processed" state.
