Why Instant Provsioning start two threads for same task processing?

Hello

We have turned on Instant Provisioning on our security system but it create multiple threads for same task.

The attache log entries shows there are two threads created to process same task at same time. if it is create account task, the first thread is successful, second thread report error of account already exist.

When I check Global Configuration > Tasks > Instant Provisioning, the multiple threads option is not enabled. so it should be single thread processing

How can we turn off multiple threads for Instant provisioning?

Looks to me a bug. See similar issue for disable account is fixed in sp 4

Hello Saathvik, Thanks for your confirmation. No. not talk to support. I had opened some tickets but never have a solution. They often suggest us go to Saviynt forum to ask or look for Saviynt Professional services. I don't think this should be their resolution.
