Why don't we have the latest version?

Hello,
I have recently bought Saviynt solution for our company and I have a question regarding the actual version. As I can see in "About" window, we use Saviynt version 2022.0. But as I understand the lastest version is 23.x. I'm curious why our instance is not upgraded to the latest version? Since Saviynt is SaaS solution, I guess it's duty of a service provider to keep their software up to date for their clients, isn't it?

Hi @Yurii ,

Every new version of the product comes with new features and also fixes to reported bugs from older versions. So before upgrading to a newer versions, the application needs to be tested rigurously in lower environments before moving it to production.

So if you need to have your version of the application upgraded in any of the environments, please work with corresponding TAM/CSM to plan an upgrade to the latest versions.
