Hi Team,

What is the functionality of CampaignExportJob in V23.2 ? What does it export and how does it export without specifying any campaign name while creating this job?

Thanks,

Rambhan.

That job is internal to Saviynt. Please refer below document for your reference.

The campaign owner has an option to download data for each campaign to the local computer for further analysis. Depending on the EIC version, data is either exported to your local drive in Microsoft Excel format or the exported file is stored on the EIC server and can be downloaded at any time from the Download Reports page. The exported data differs for each type of the campaign depending on the configuration set for it when it was created. However, the advanced campaign configuration and certifier details are exported for each campaign. The advanced campaign configuration includes configuration summary, which can be used to create or launch campaigns.

To export a single campaign, perform the following steps:

  1. Navigate to

     > Certifications and select

     > Campaign List.

  2. Enter the name or description of the campaign you want to export in the Search field and click the Search icon. The campaigns matching your search criteria are listed in Campaign List.

  3. Click the Export icon in the Action column in-line with the name of the campaign you want to export.

    • Starting with Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC) Release v23.1 onwards, a popup appears when you click Export, as shown below, indicating that a background job has been initiated to export the file. The exported file is listed on the Download Reports page. You can download the exported file from the Home > My Downloads > Download Reports page. For more information, see Downloading the Exported File in the Saviynt Security Manager Administration Guide.

    • For previous releases, you can save the file to your local drive by entering the name of the exported file in the Save As dialog box and clicking Save

Thanks
