We want to unmapped account for one of endpoint through Analytics or something else. We have application called SMAX when we disable the user SMAX account automatically marked as "AccountID-ManuallyDeleted on-05-03-2023 03:17" but we need to un-map this account from user account either through automation via policies process or analytics.

You cannot unmap accounts.
But make sure that account name rule that endpoint has valid status selected in the account name rule config and the status should be manually suspended.

You can’t remove mapping of user from account. Since this will be only visible to admin what is your concern or business requirements to remove account to user mapping?
